GLP-1 & Weight Maintenance Therapy · California Telehealth · Sliding Scale
You put in the work to get here. Keeping the weight off after a GLP-1 takes a different kind of work: managing food noise that’s changed but not gone, building habits that don’t depend on the medication alone, and making peace with a body that looks and feels different than it used to. Attune pairs you with a dedicated therapist backed by a supervised clinical team, at a price that actually makes sense.
Sound Familiar?
GLP-1s can quiet a lot of noise around food. They don’t answer what comes next.
None of this means you’re doing something wrong. It means the mindset and habit work hasn’t caught up to the physical change yet, and that’s exactly where therapy helps.
Sliding Scale Therapy
If you’re on Aetna, Optum, UnitedHealthcare, Sutter Health Plus, Sharp Health Plan, or Western Health Advantage, we bill your insurance directly. Every session counts toward your deductible and out-of-pocket max, and copays can be as low as $0.
If you’re on a different plan, or you’d rather pay out of pocket and keep this off your insurance file entirely, our sliding scale rate is $60 to $150 a session based on household income and size.
Our sliding scale rate: $60–$150, based on household income and size.

Every case at Attune is reviewed weekly by a licensed clinical director. Your therapist isn’t figuring out the mindset shift that comes after weight loss alone, they’re backed by a full clinical team.
We measure your progress, including food noise, body image, and the habits you’re trying to build, at every session using validated tools. If something isn’t working, we know, and we adjust.
We’re not a diet plan, a meal service, or a medical weight loss clinic. We help you understand your relationship with food and your body, so the results you’ve worked for actually last.
Questions
A structured 15-minute conversation, not a therapy session, where we get a clear picture of what you’re looking for, what you’ve already tried, establish your session rate, and whether Attune is the right fit. We’ll get you scheduled for your first session during that time, but if we’re not the right fit for you, no hard feelings!
No. Attune therapists don’t prescribe, adjust, or manage GLP-1 medications like Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, or Zepbound, and we’re not a medical weight loss clinic. We work alongside whatever medical care you’re already receiving and focus on the therapy side: your relationship with food, your body image, and the habits that help your results last.
A dietitian focuses on what and how much you eat. We focus on why: the food noise, the anxiety about regain, the identity shift that comes with a changed body. Many clients work with both at once, and we’re glad to coordinate with your care team if that’s helpful.
Yes. We’re in-network with Aetna, Optum, UnitedHealthcare, Sutter Health Plus, Sharp Health Plan, and Western Health Advantage, with copays as low as $0. If you’re on a different plan or paying out of pocket, our sliding scale rate is $60 to $150 a session based on household income and size.

The results you got from your GLP-1 don’t maintain themselves. Left alone, old patterns tend to find their way back.
Attune therapists help you build the mindset and habits that make your results last, for good.
